We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. We only accept returns for defective products.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return for a defective product, please go to our contact page and provide details of the issue. You may be required to provide photographic or video evidence of the defect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
